Early-access terms

The Coliseum is a desktop environment for coordinating AI agents, retaining project progress and carrying useful learning into future work. These terms describe the planned early-access offer.

Early access is being prepared. Subscriptions will open after the final release checks.

Your accounts and tools

You bring your own AI provider accounts, plans and local models. Their usage limits, charges, terms, skills and permissions continue to apply. The Coliseum subscription does not include model usage or replace a provider subscription. You choose the project folder and connections used by the desktop app.

Price and renewal

The early-access offer is $20 USD per month. Once checkout opens, the subscription renews monthly until canceled. The amount due is shown in Stripe checkout before you subscribe. You can manage billing and view invoices from your Coliseum account.

Cancellation

You can cancel through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; account access continues through the end of the paid period. Your local project files remain on your computer. Canceling The Coliseum does not cancel a Claude, Codex, Cursor or other provider plan.

14-day first-payment refund

If The Coliseum is not right for you, contact support@thecoliseum.ai within 14 days of your first subscription payment to request a full refund of that payment. This first-payment policy does not restart with each monthly renewal. Cancel through your account’s billing portal to stop future renewals. Contact support about an incorrect charge or other billing issue.

Your work and early-access features

You retain your rights in the material you bring to The Coliseum. Rights and requirements for model-generated output also depend on the provider you use. AI output can be inaccurate; review work before relying on it or sharing it. Early-access features and provider compatibility can change as the product develops.

Keep your account credentials private and use only the accounts, tools and material you are authorized to use. The desktop app’s coordination does not grant new permissions in connected services.

Our privacy policy explains the information used for local work, accounts, billing and feedback. Contact support@thecoliseum.ai for account, billing or product help. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law requires you to retain.
