THE COLISEUM
Privacy policy
Last updated September 11, 2026
The Coliseum brings your AI agents into a shared desktop workspace. This policy explains the information used by the desktop app, this website, account sign-in, billing and support.
Your desktop work
Your project choices, conversations, saved progress and learning records are stored on your computer. Tasks and context are sent to the model providers and tools you connect, according to those services’ settings and permissions. A local model can also use connected tools or a server you configure.
Signing into this website does not upload your project folder or connect your AI provider accounts. The desktop app uses your existing provider connections locally. The website’s account sign-in does not ask for your Claude, Codex or Cursor password.
Account and Google sign-in
Clerk handles account authentication. We use your account identifier, email address and basic profile information to identify your account and provide account features. If you choose Google sign-in, the requested Google information is limited to your name, email address and profile image. Google sign-in does not grant access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or other Google content.
Google account information is used for sign-in and account management. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Payments
Stripe collects payment details directly through its hosted checkout and billing portal. The Coliseum stores the identifiers and subscription status needed to manage early access, including the plan and paid-period end. Our website does not collect or store your full card number.
Feedback and support
When you submit feedback, we store your account identifier, the text you provide, its status and timestamps so we can respond and improve the product. Please leave passwords, access keys and confidential project material out of feedback unless a specific support process requires it.
Service providers and essential storage
We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, and OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure to host and deliver the website. These services process information needed to operate the account, website and payment features. Essential cookies and similar storage maintain sign-in and service security. Connected AI providers process the tasks you send them under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and your choices
Local work remains on your device until you remove it. Website account, feedback and billing records are kept as needed to provide the service, address support requests and meet recordkeeping obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of your website information by contacting support@thecoliseum.ai. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained. Removing a website account does not remove files from your computer or cancel accounts with your AI providers.
You can review or revoke Google sign-in access in your Google Account. You can manage your Coliseum subscription through your account’s billing portal.
Contact and changes
Contact support@thecoliseum.ai about this policy or your information. We will update this page when the service’s data practices change.
